Transformation advisor and coach.
Imagine, plan & deliver strategies that work.
I'm a transformation advisor and coach. I've worked extensively with leaders and teams reimagining their organizations — rethinking operating models, adopting digital channels and business automation, or embedding agile practices. I use co-creation, design thinking, coaching, participatory decision-making, and arts-based techniques to help teams drive change from within.
I have deep experience in the nonprofit sector, having served as a Board Chair, director, consultant, staff member, and volunteer. I'm the former Board Chair of Findhelp | 211 Central and founded Queer Office Hours, a grassroots initiative to renew community networks through coworking.
Outside of work, I'm an artist and music-maker, and I live with Peppermint the cat and Leia the dog in Toronto, on land governed by 'the Dish with One Spoon' treaty.
Eight things you can count on whether the engagement is six weeks or six months — the way I work, not just what I deliver.
